(Services available to both adults and children)
Our RNs and LPNs process the required, specialized nursing
knowledge and skills to provide the proper care of wounds (including the
V.A.C. specialty ) for our patients.
All Hands Nursing and Health Services, Inc. will provide in-home care for
many types of problem wounds.
Our Service Goals

Conditions/Diagnosis for Which Referrals Would be Accepted
REM patients must
meet the requirements of the underlying diagnosis and
conditions stipulated by the REM
Program. For others who are interested in our wound care program, below
are examples of conditions/diagnosis that are required for acceptance:
