As a member of a multidisciplinary team of the
patients' health care providers, we participate in customizing a plan of care
for you or your loved one, using the latest and most effective treatment
options. In essence, we follow the doctor’s treatment orders and work
closely with your case manager and other care providers—such as specialty
doctors, medical equipment suppliers, pharmacists, dieticians, counselors
and therapists to make it possible for you or the care recipient to remain
comfortably at home to receive the treatments and care that you need.
Our goal is to help you or the care-recipient to maintain a high quality of
life and to see that your experience with us will continue to be a positive
and rewarding one.
Our caregivers --
Registered Nurses (RNs) and
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

our comprehensive screening and selection process. We assess intelligence,
