Information
We appreciate your interest in our free materials. We usually do our best to
provide the free materials to everyone that asks us. Nonetheless, sending
out the free materials is subject to their availability. As such, you should please understand that
we are not
under any obligation to send out any materials as you may request; or we may
send you less quantities than you have asked.
In sending out the materials, we give preference to the following individuals and organizations:

professionals who have worked with us in any way |

Our nursing professionals |
| 3. |
Our other associates (such as
our vendors, suppliers, etc) |
| 4. |
Our clients or clients'
representatives |
| 5. |
Case managers, care coordinators or
nursing administrators, who have properly
identified themselves as
such and whom we know or have verified |
| 6. |
Other persons (see additional
information below) |
Additional Information for
"Other persons"
When we receive your duly completed request form, and if you have indicated
that you are a person/organization in Category 6, above (i.e., Other
persons), we may require you to physically come to the office to pick up
your free materials, if available.
